About the team
Andreou’s FC Under-19s are a fresh addition to the club, having recently launched as part of our continued growth. The club itself was founded five years ago, proudly carrying our Greek Cypriot family name – also shared with our family-run restaurant.
As a lifelong football fan and former player, I came up through the youth and amateur ranks before recently stepping away from playing to focus fully on building and running the club behind the scenes.
Since its inception, Andreou’s FC has gone from strength to strength, with highlights including reaching both the Consolation Cup Final and the Charlie Wallace Cup Final in 2023.

Andreou’s FC is a Greek/Mediterranean-inspired football club based in Arbroath, Scotland. The name Andreou comes from my Greek Cypriot heritage, specifically from my family’s roots in a small village near Famagusta called Ayios Yeorgios. Just as the bistro blends the vibrant flavors of the Mediterranean with a Scottish twist, Andreou’s FC carries the same spirit of cultural fusion and passion for excellence.
